By using the App, you agree to this Disclaimer, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the App.

1. No Endorsement or Guarantee

Tawil serves as a community-driven platform to connect users for purposes such as finding masjids, events, jobs, marketplace items, and community discussions. We do not endorse, validate, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, safety, or quality of any user-submitted content, including but not limited to:

• Job postings or employment opportunities
• Marketplace items for sale or exchange
• Community events or religious gatherings
• Group messages, circle discussions, or comments

Users interact with such content at their own risk. Kode Kinetics LLC assumes no responsibility for the outcomes of these interactions.

2. No Employer or Seller Verification

Kode Kinetics LLC does not:

• Guarantee the identity, qualifications, or legitimacy of any user or organization.
